Andrew Patykula assists in the company’s origination processing and underwriting activities. He also provides financial analysis for insured loan applications and assists in the up-front review and analysis of prospective transactions. He has over 15 years of experience in the capital markets with particular expertise in municipal bond trading, underwriting, sales and portfolio management.

Previously, Mr. Patykula served as a Fixed Income Trader at Herbert J. Sims & Co, Inc., SMF’s parent company, where his responsibilities included trading and underwriting municipal bonds and other fixed income debt instruments.

Mr. Patykula earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in finance, in 1989, from Trenton State College in Ewing, New Jersey.
